How to Access Your New Account
If we have built you a website or have sent you an invoice, you now have an electronic space where all of that information is stored for your records. You can find it by going to our homepage. In the menu, you will see a link that says “Login.” Start by going there.

When you arrive at this page, you might be asking yourself, “How do I know my password?” This is a good question, but we’ve got you covered. To find your password, click on the button that says “Forgot Your Password?”
Type the email address that we would have on file for you. If you have received correspondence from us in the past, use that email address. An email will be sent to you with steps to take to reset your password to something only you know.
If you have completed the first steps successfully, you will see your shiny new account waiting for you when you login! You can update information, add a profile picture, or change your password from this one location.
Exploring Your Account Dashboard:
If you scroll down on your profile, you will see all of the invoices, estimates, or subscriptions that you currently have on file with Launchbay Creative. You can accept invoices or estimates, or cancel subscriptions from this page. Furthermore, you can create support tickets for updates to your site or to notify us of any issues involving your domain! This is going to be the most efficient way for you to communicate with us moving forward.
