Which plan is right for me?

We recommend starting with the Support & Hosting plan after launching your website. This ensures you have a system in place for content updates. If you later decide you don’t need consistent content updates, you can downgrade to Hosting Only. However, if you need content updates after downgrading, we would need to quote and invoice you for that work.

What happens to my unused hour of updates?

Your 1-hour credit does not roll over. If you consistently need more time per month, you can upgrade to a plan with more hours. For example, a 2-hour per month plan would cost $115 (an additional hour at $50).

How much can you update in an hour?

We work efficiently! Simple updates to existing content, like swapping pictures or text, usually take only a few minutes (5 minutes on average). So, in an hour, we can typically handle 5-6 website requests. However, creating a brand new page is a larger request and would likely take the entire hour.

Do you create content for me?

No, we don’t create assets like images, text, videos, or graphics. That’s content creation. We take your existing, created assets and add them to your website. We update your content; we don’t create it for you.

You and anyone on your team can submit update requests using our simple support form.

What if I have a technical question or a website idea?

We welcome your ideas for improving your website! With our extensive web development experience, we’ve encountered and tested numerous tools and solutions. We may have the perfect solution for your needs.

Do you provide email support?

No, we recommend that you get a Google Workspace account and handle your email through Gmail.

Will you own my domain name?

No. We believe you should have total control over your domain name. If you ever decide to switch to a different hosting provider or web team, owning your domain name will make the process much easier.

What if I need website updates but I’m not on a Support Plan?

No. We believe you should have total control over your domain name. If you ever decide to switch to a different hosting provider or web team, owning your domain name will make the process much easier.

  • Our hosting-only clients can request updates at a pay‑as‑you‑go rate.
  • The rate is $100 per update, which starts the clock for 1 hour of work during that month.
  • If the work goes beyond the first hour, additional time is billed at $100/hour.
  • The included hour applies within the same calendar month as the initial request and does not roll over.

Why is the rate higher for hosting-only?
Ongoing Support Plan clients receive priority access, proactive maintenance, and a lower effective rate. The higher ad‑hoc rate reflects the extra overhead to scope, schedule, and complete one‑off requests.
