Daily Backups
Backing up your website consistently is critical for many reasons but most importantly, if the site should need to be restored, transferred or downloaded, we offer external backups and restore points for all clients on our plans.

Why do I need an auto-updating Privacy Policy?
The primary goal of most business websites is to generate more quality leads. Other goals can include improving website performance through analytics or to encourage users to register for newsletters. Whether it be because of contact forms, website analytics tools or a newsletter integration, websites are constantly collecting the personal information of its users.
Over the past few years years, privacy laws have been implemented by certain states and countries to protect the personal information of its citizens. Over the coming years, more privacy laws will be introduced. Privacy fines can range from $2,500 up to $7,500 per infringement (which could mean per website visitor).
These privacy laws do not care about where the business is located; they only care to protect their citizens. Many of these privacy laws and bills also do not care about the size of the company. Because of this, we recommend to all of our clients that they consider not only having a Privacy Policy, but also having a strategy to keep it up to date over time.
This is also why we provide a Termageddon license for all of our maintenance clients. 2) Pricing + Policies

Can I cancel? Are there cancellation fees?
Nope. Our plans are month-to-month (or annual, if you choose) and you can cancel anytime. There are no cancellation fees.
Are there any setup fees?
Sometimes, yes—depending on timing and whether we built the site.
- If we built your website and you join a plan within the first 90 days after launch, there is typically no setup fee.
- If you join after 90 days, there may be a setup fee (because we need to do a full checkup, update tools, install/verify monitoring, and ensure backups + security are configured correctly).
- If we’re onboarding a website we did not build, there is a higher setup fee because we need to learn the site, clean things up, and ensure it meets our maintenance standards.

What’s included in the support plan?
In general, every plan includes:
- Managed hosting (if hosting is included in your plan)
- Security + uptime monitoring
- Plugin/theme/core updates
- Daily backups
- Performance optimization + general troubleshooting
- Support time for content edits/updates (amount depends on your plan)
4) Support requests
How updates work.
What counts as “support time” (monthly updates)?
Support time covers work like:
- Updating text, photos, links, buttons
- Adding/editing blog posts (when content is provided)
- Swapping sections, basic layout tweaks
- Troubleshooting issues and fixing things that break
It does not include content creation (writing copy, designing graphics, producing photos/video).
What happens to my unused support time?
Unused support time does not roll over.
How much can you update in an hour?
We work efficiently. Small changes (like swapping text or images) can take just a few minutes. Bigger requests (like building a brand-new page) can take most or all of an hour.
What if I need more time than my plan includes?
No problem—we can either:
- Upgrade your plan, or
- Bill extra time at our hourly rate (you’ll typically receive a reduced “member rate” if you’re on a plan).
Who can submit update requests?
You (and anyone on your team) can submit update requests through our support request system.
General questions
Do you create content for me?
No. We don’t create assets like brand photography, graphics, or long-form copy. We take your approved content and implement it on the site.
What if I have a technical question or a website idea?
Send it over. We’re happy to advise on solutions and help you pick the right tools/approach.
Do you provide email support?
No—email (inbox management and email troubleshooting) is outside of our website support plans. We recommend Google Workspace + Gmail for business email.
Will you own my domain name?
No. You should always own your domain name. That way, if you ever change hosting providers or web teams, you’re in control.
What if I choose not to be on a plan?
You’re welcome to opt out.
- Without a maintenance plan, your site can become vulnerable over time if updates, security, and backups aren’t handled consistently.
- Any updates/help requests would be handled as hourly work.
- If you opt out, you’re responsible for ongoing maintenance, security, and backups.
No-Risk Guarantee
Our plan comes with a no-risk, no-questions-asked guarantee. In the unlikely event that you want to pull your site from the plan, you only pay for the month or year you’ve paid for and you’ll be provided with all site files and logins.
