With it being Star War’s Day, we only thought it was appropriate to bring attention to three of the most important and influential forces in the digital marketing ecosystem. Mainly, how do you make these forces “be with you”?


It’s no surprise that social media is the biggest force within digital marketing. Social media helps you reach and engage your audience. Your clients want to know that you’re real, you care, and that you’re there for them. Keep in mind that when posting for social media, it’s vital that you know your audience. If you don’t know who is looking at your content, you’ll have no idea what types of content will make them stop. Having a strong social media strategy will ensure that your audience sees what they want to see, when they want to see it. Stay consistent in your scheduling and branding. Make sure that when your audience sees a post, they know it’s from you.


Blogging is the best way for your company to share updates and resources, all while boosting your SEO (Search Engine Optimization). We know that the idea of blogging can be intimidating, but we promise, it’s not that bad! Each blogpost you do doesn’t have to be an informative essay. A blogpost can be as simple as letting your audience know what you’re up to! You can talk about an event you held, or a campaign you’re promoting. On the other hand, your blogposts can be how-to guides, tips, or a way to share information and/or resources with your audience. Adding simple keywords in your post will help boost your SEO, which helps your site be found by others. When writing your posts, it’s important that the voice is appropriate for your company.


Email marketing is a great way to inform your clients what you’re up to. Share your latest blog posts, a calendar of events, or just let them know what your latest project is. Social media and blogging are great tools, but sending an email can simply be the icing on the cake. With an email, you are able to have links, resources, and information all in one place. Let your audience know what they missed, why it’s important to them, and how they can catch up. The possibilities for email content are endless. Just remember to stay consistent to your brand and remember who your audience is!

A well-crafted Digital Marketing Ecosystem will help you stand out from your competitors and will keep your audience engaged, informed, and most importantly, happy. Be familiar with the important forces that make up your ecosystem. Like Yoda said, “For my ally is the Force, and a powerful ally it is”.
